Sometimes we don’t see past the situation to know that all behaviour serves a purpose.  This seminar will challenge you to to think outside the box and to start to understand why behaviour occurs and why people do what they do.

Workshop Overview

This workshop will help you look at positive ways to change behaviour that may be seen as challenging, or limits access to community inclusion.

It provides a balance between behaviour theory (including Positive Behaviour Support), and practical tools for managing complex and challenging behaviours focusing particularly on how to manage behaviours in a crisis. Thisworkshop highlights the importance of utilising proactive strategies and techniques in behaviour management that assist in maintaining baseline behaviours.

This workshop is most suited to organisations and individuals who have exposure to person’s exhibiting complex and challenging behaviours.
